Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a high-energy, customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service and support across multiple communication channels. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive and consistent customer experience
• Process and manage customer orders accurately, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, including handling return claims and difficult customer situations
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers regarding order status, product information, and issue resolution
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Participate in and support company representation at trade shows and industry events, including out-of-state travel (4-6 times annually)
• Provide bilingual support (English/Spanish) to effectively serve a diverse customer base

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or a related role
• Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations, resolve conflicts, and manage escalations professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and company events
